« Very clean and well located...at walking distance for fast-food restaurant, market and pharmacy. Internet hardly works so it was not possible to do much work. The TV also block regularly since it is linked to internet and does not have much to offer. »

« Maison d’invité dans la cour arrière de chez quelqu’un. Logement correct pour une nuit. Air climatisé trop bruyante, nous n’avons pas pu dormir de la nuit car il faisait chaud et c’était trop bruyant. Sinon propre, a un frigo, micro-onde pour vous dépanner! »

« We had a great stay at this property. There are a few small things that could be touched up (the tap in the kitchen is loose. The coffee table is unstable. Minor issues that didn’t impact our stay. Some wear and tear which I took pictures of. Reasonably clean. This is a large basement suite. 10 stairs, which was fine for us. The entry door was very tricky to lock and unlock. We had to allow ourselves extra time to deal with that, but we always felt safe and it was very quiet at night. I would...

« A peaceful and super clean place in Richmond! The garden view is beautiful, the space was spotless, and the host was very nice and responsive. No kitchen but perfect for a relaxing stay. -Bring your own bottled water ( free 1 bottled water or 2) -lots of tea -espresso machine ( bring your own coffee) -the room is very very clean Would definitely come back! »

« AC in the bedroom was loud. The AC in the living room was not sufficient for the size of the room. The place is outdated. »

« One short bus ride from Metrotown. Basement accommodations.Better than many of the options in the same price range in the area The host was very responsive and kind. Bed was great. Bathroom was small, but the shower quality was above average.There was no power outlet in the vicinity of the desk for my laptop. Full laundry machines in side room. Despite not having a kitchen, it served it's purpose. Fridge is small with no freezer. Entrance steps are a bit rough if you have issues with stairs. »

« The Cozy Cove was a nice, clean, and convenient location for us. It is about equal distance from the airport and Canada Place. We only stayed one night before a cruise. Tim Hortons is only two blocks away for breakfast. We would stay again. »
