« Wonderful cabin tucked in the mountains. Views were amazing. Quick drive to all the area things my husband and i wanted to do. The owner had every small amenity you could think of. If you happened to leave something at home, she provided it. Comfortable, clean and quiet. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway. »

« The Josephine cottage was a spectacular setting for our week in Hot Springs. The spacious rooms and open floor plan gave us plenty of space to gather and also find quiet spaces to read and relax. Dinners prepared in the kitchen, on the grill and the Traeger bbq were highlights. The outdoor deck was a great place to enjoy the view. Beautifully decorated and thoroughly enjoyable! »

« Hands down, the nicest, most enjoyable vacation rental experience to date. This house is not only more beautiful than most primary homes, it had absolutely everything a large family/group would need - and then some. The manager and her team had the property ready and accessible to my family well in advance of normal check-in (and communicated it early in the day), making it so easy for those arriving early or living nearby to settled and stock the kitchen. « The Jackson River Estate was the perfect getaway for our 2025 Family Reunion. The estate is very spacious and provides magnificent views. There is river access but the water is cold. The pool and slide were a big hit! Cole’s Point (beach), the humpback bridge and waterfall were super close and great excursions. This location is great for families that like to be outdoors
