„Rented this unit for some employees. I misunderstood what two of them was telling me when they said their wives would be in next job. The wives showed up here and I had not disclosed them. The host was undstanding and let them go ahead and spend the night. I would have completely understood if she would have been upset. But after I apologized and explained she was forgiving. Place is well maintained and you can tell they put alot of time and energy into keeping it up.“

„We enjoyed our time at this home in Hot Springs. The home is clean and the kitchen well stocked. The location is very close to town and easy to get to. The neighborhood is quiet and the view lovely. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions.“

„We loved our stay over Mother’s Day weekend. The house is very comfortable and has a great front porch and lawn. The creek was lots of fun for our kids as well. Everything inside was well maintained. We didn’t use the back house at all but did check it out. Everything is close in Warm Springs so this place made the weekend very easy. I can’t imagine why staying at the Homestead would be better, at least with our young kids. We will visit again.“
