Cost was well over 500. The rental smelled like a very old damp house. I couldnt figure out where the driveway was and there is not a TV. « The treehouse was beautiful, clean and exactly as described. It was quiet and we had beautiful views in December, including hang gliders and parasailers. There were a fair number of ladybugs in the house, but it's in the woods and we were not bothered by them at all. Definitely would return to this property in the future. »

« The property is as described. The inside of the house was clean but there were cobwebs on the outside of the doors. We had some difficulty with the hot tub not working twice, but the host was responsive and had someone out within a couple of hours to fix it. There is plenty of parking space in front of the house for multiple cars which was helpful to us and it was convenient to lots of areas in Chattanooga that we visited. « It's a unique place. Pros: The view, the porch and our time at the firepit were the highlights. A hanglider came by as we were admiring the view and enjoying the firepit. We actually met years ago while skydiving so it was awesome for us watching this.Cons: Keep in mind it's very small. There's no closet or place to hang anything other than a towel in the bathroom. « Second stay at The Brow House with Stunning Views, and it definitely lived up to the experience again! The views over Lookout Mountain are absolutely incredible.The house had been cleaned by Melissa, and had plenty of room for everyone. The kids especially loved the garage game area with the ping pong table and other play tables.
