« I was at the property for less than two hours when I witnessed a rat run from the bathroom into the kitchen. Due to this, I canceled my stay and left immediately. I contacted customer support to request a refund but was told it could not be approved without photo documentation. Given the situation, my priority was leaving the property promptly rather than taking pictures. I found this experience very disappointing and expected better cleanliness standards. »

« This unit is NOT PET FRIENDLY. Rat poison was found inside. The back yard is littered with trash and small bones. It is not very clean. This unit has a rat problem. The kitchen has a small pantry and it has a strong odor of rat urine. I found rat feces next to the stove. It is not very clean either. Under the bed trash, debris and used q-tips.
