« A bit off the beaten track but for me it's better for it. Only real grumble was the soft mattress - a personal preference obviously.

« Without doubt - the most idyllic place with stunning views I’ve ever experienced. A return visit is definitely on the cards. The lodge is beautiful and pristine and the beds are unbelievably comfortable. Just sitting in the living area with the folding patio doors wide open, looking out onto Catbells is simply bliss. I can’t rate this place enough. 5 star rating for definite. »
