Wonderful Rental

We have rented in the Stockton Beach Condos for a couple of years now. It is a wonderful property that has everything we need. Close walk to the beach and a pool. The owner is great. We were extremely pleased and cannot wait until next year.

Wonderful Vacation

This condo is so clean, accommodating, spacious and sound proof. The pool and hot tub a plus. Hot tub was chilly because we went in off season. The grills are huge, parking is great. Rahj was so helpful if we needed anything. We definitely loved this condo and hope to return next year.

Family vacation at Wildwood

Our entire family really enjoyed our stay at the Stockton Beachhouse. The condo was big enough for 6 adults and 5 kids and everyone had plenty of space. It was clean and well maintained. The deck is large and overlooks the ocean. We spent lots of time on the deck from morning to night. The beds were comfortable as was the couches. The pool is great and the kids were in the pool every day. Even though you are on the second floor noise was never an issue. It was quiet in the morning and at night. We will definitely be back next year.

Top of the line accommodations!

Beautifully maintained condo with fully equipped kitchen; Mom made a full spaghetti and meatball dinner! We had 2 families, 12 people; lots of room but privacy as well. Peaceful location; lovely pool and hot tubs. Had a little problem checking in; key was not in lock box but Raj responded promptly, as he has with all communication over the last year, and Cassiello Property Management was there within 15 min with a key to get in. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice condo!

A great condo, beautiful views and nice location. Clean and inviting, and a nice kitchen! We just had a couple of issues. Check-out time on the VRBO site said 11:00, but according to the property manager it was a strict 10:00 check-out. Also, the condo is on the 2nd floor, and the elevator went out a couple of times during our stay. We had an older person with us, with mobility limitations, and each time the elevator stopped working, we called the “emergency number” on our instruction sheet and left a message. We never got a response. Fortunately, the elevator was repaired.

We've stayed at Stockton Beach House Club in various oceanfront units in the past. This unit is as nice as any we've rented. And most of us agreed that the furnishings were better than the others. This was our first time on the second floor and although closer to the pool crowd and its occasional noise, the advantages outweighed that. Being able to walk up just 2 floors and being closer to the beach and the sights were a nice bonus. Raj is very friendly and responsive and obviously takes pride in his place. One minor comment is that the unit that is circled in the VRBO photo is actually the unit above 206. Overall, we recommend this unit.

A wonderful condo right on the beach with magnificient view

We rented this property for the week of Sept. 1, 2018. We could not have been more pleased with our choice. This second floor condo is right on the beach and very spacious: huge live-in area, 4 bd, 3 bathrooms and a laundry room. We were four adults and two kids and had plenty of space. Everything is very clean and in good shape. The owner made sure that you have everything you need for cooking, and also for the beach (chairs, etc). The balcony offers a magnificent view on the beach and the ocean. It has a large table and umbrella so you can eat outside. The building is clean and well-maintained. The owner is a nice gentleman who is always reachable by phone or email if you have questions. I cannot think of a better place for a family holiday on the beach in Wildwood Crest. Bernard/Sharon

Condo itself is lovely, building could use some updates

We enjoyed the condo unit. The location and view were lovely, the furnishings were nice, and our bed was comfortable. There's only basic cable, which was a little bit of a let-down, and we had to buy a bigger baking sheet, but those were the only complaints about the unit itself. The elevator was broken for parts of our stay, which was frustrating, though stairs from the 2nd floor weren't too terrible, and it was fixed before we had to move suitcases. The gutter near the master bedroom leaks too, so a consistent tapping noise was heard on rainy evenings. Overall, I would recommend this unit.

Amazing place! So perfect for two family!

First of all, the owners are friendly and we can reach out to them if we need something at any moment, that's very cool! We are from Quebec city in Canada, so it's a long trip for us but I can tell you that it worth it for sure! This place has an amazing view from it's balcony and with the roof top, we can see everything from this balcony. We were eight in this condo, and it's was perfect. We had a lot's of place and it is very luxurious!!! If you want a great condo, a great view and also with one of the best location on the beach...this is what you need to rent! Stockton Beach House Vaction

The condo is beautiful and spacious, kitchen and dining area well designed. Thanks, Raj for the bottles of wine we enjoyed them both. My family enjoyed many breakfasts and dinners there as we traveled with small children. We never felt "crowded" during our stay. Watched dolphins swim by morning and late afternoon from deck. One day there were about 50 of them swimming and playing in surf. Pool was nice on windy beach days and we all enjoyed hot tub. Bird sanctuary was about 1.5 miles south a nice walk from condo for adults. Storage unit was spacious and beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys were there, save room in car for something else. I used Willdwood Rental for linens and towels, price was reasonable and they pick up and deliver! Bike rentals are a short walk away. Doc and his staff made sure we had pirate flag on our surrey, very important option. Raj is a perfect host and we would stay at Stockton Beach House again. Thanks for a great vacation.
