„Our family and Au Pair loved the house. Very nice and comfortable. Also loved the backyard with the dart board. Pros: Very clean with great lighting. 3 bedroom and 2 full bath. Nice backyard with plenty of room, small table, chairs, propane fire pit, lawn games. Comfortable beds, great smart TV connectivity for family movie night. Air purifiers in the house to help recycle air.Cons: Washer and dryer a little noisy, cars did not abide by the speed limit in the neighborhood so can be dangerous for ...

When I travel to Philomath or near for work, this is the place my co-workers and myself get, fair price, all the living amenities needed (washer/dryer, kitchen, separate rooms, living/dining space). The beds are very comfortable in my opinion, I get great sleep! Definitely will be getting this place again when travelling if I come across it available!“
