✔ Plenty of free, unrestricted street parking is also available nearby

BATHROOM NOTE
✔ The bathroom features a classic clawfoot tub with shower. Guests should be comfortable stepping in and out of the tub, as it does not include a handrail.

We’re available via the Airbnb app (preferred), phone, or text. We’re quick to respond if you need anything, but otherwise we’ll give you plenty of space to enjoy your stay.

Quiet street in an up and coming area very close to Greenfield Lake Park & Amphitheater. 10 minute drive to downtown. 15-minute drive to UNCW. 20-25 minute drive to local beaches. Walk to the best burger in town at Winnie`s tavern.

You will need a car or Uber to get around this area.

HOUSE RULES

EASY CHECK-OUT
No cleaning required before you leave except running the dishwasher. Your vacation is for relaxing, not cleaning.

We just ask that spills or messes that could stain, smell, or attract pests are taken care of during your stay.

CLEAN & COMFORTABLE STAY
The home is professionally cleaned and prepared after each stay to ensure a comfortable arrival for every guest.

GOOD TO KNOW
• No pets allowed
• No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes inside or in common areas ($300 minimum fee for violations)
• No parties, events, glitter, or excessive noise

THOUGHTFUL EXTRAS
The cottage is stocked with pillows, throw blankets, games, and other thoughtful touches to help you feel at home. Please keep these items in the home so all guests can enjoy them.

BOOKING RULES
✔ Primary guest must be 21+ and present for the stay. Third-party bookings are not permitted. All overnight guests must be listed on the reservation.

RESPECT THE SPACE
✔ No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes indoors or near open doors/windows. If we detect evidence of smoking, there’s a minimum $500 fee for cleanup and odor removal (we both want to avoid that 😄)

GUEST SAFETY & PROPERTY ACCESS
✔ For your safety, all interior access requests will be confirmed through the Airbnb message thread first. Please do not allow anyone into the home unless we have messaged you confirming their arrival. Routine lawn care, trash service, and exterior pest control do not require access inside.

NO CONFETTI OR GLITTER
✔ No confetti or glitter (future-you will thank us too)

KEEP IT CLEAN-ISH
✔ No checkout cleaning chores are required, except loading and starting the dishwasher before departure. Please clean up spills or messes promptly to help prevent stains, odors, pests, or damage.

HANDLING TRASH
✔ Trash, cans, and leftovers stay inside or in the proper bins—nothing left hanging around outside.

GOOD NEIGHBORS MATTER
✔ Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
✔ Anything disruptive to neighbors counts as a party… and parties are NOT allowed.

GUEST LIMIT
✔ Maximum occupancy is 4 guests total (kids included). Everyone must be on the reservation.

LOCK UP
✔ Please lock all doors and windows whenever leaving the property.

NO PETS
✔ Pets are not permitted at the property.
