The room wasn't cleaned. Trash not removed, and coffee not restocked. Plus ice machine wasn't working on my floor. When I mentioned this at check-out, I was told Marriott only cleans rooms every THREE days and if I want a "refresh", I have to ask for it. At these prices, the least they should do is empty the trash and restock used product.

Nothing I did not like. So quiet, and the staff was very friendly. I felt so spoiled with the valet parking! Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very polite and helpful during the check- in and check- out process. Moreover, they answered our questions about the area and provided insightful tips. However, our room smelled very musty. Furthermore, the bathroom had a sulfuric, pungent odor(yes, before we used it!), and the toilet base was leaking a bit, as we noticed on our second night. We did not report these issues until check-out, as we figured it was easier to deal with the issues than have to either relocate our belongings or invite a maintenance person into our space to fix the issues. To be fair, when I did report these issues at check-out time, the staff member was extremely apologetic and offered us free coffee and breakfast in an attempt to do right by us. Unfortunately, we were on a time schedule and had to leave, but we thoroughly appreciated the gracious gesture.

Just awful :(
My mattress had dried vomit on it, the leather headboard was peeling off, the carpet was so dirty I made my kids keep their socks on. The furniture in the lobby was falling apart and the wallpaper in the hallways was coming down. We paid $236 a night and were disgusted. I am the type of customer who never complains, but this was unacceptable for this rate. I have never been to another Marriott property with these issues. We had planned to stay another night, but left.

Location is great. Desk clerk gave incorrect info about parking. Bartenders were great. Rooms just felt outdated dark and could use some deep cleaning. No mirror in room so difficult for 2 women to get ready at same time. No microwave. 1st courtyard ive stayed at that didn’t offer free breakfast. Tops of bedskirts were filthy. Missing/rotten baseboard in bathroom. Wasn't horrible but will stay elsewhere next time.

Everything at this Hotel is Great. This was our second stay for a night on Front Street.

Rooms are clean with nice decor and comfortable beds. The only thing is the lack of lighting in the bathroom over the sink. Other than that this a Great Place to stay.

I would not stay at this hotel again. The staff was fine (valet guys were great), but no extra attention given to guests. I tried to get food at the lobby restaurant and the guy ignored me for 5 minutes while he was doing something else...I just left and walked down the street. The room was never cleaned and the noise from the bars across the street was palpable.

Hotel was generally good but don't expect a high class experience. No on-site parking, cars are parked in public lot a block away. If you use valet parking you will spend twice as much vs parking car yourself and you won't have to wait for valet to get you car (hotel says you may wait up to 30 minutes to get car). Room was clean, but shows its age. A lamp was in disrepair and a lightbulb was blown. Toilet seat was strangely very low to floor and may be a problem for older folks. On positive sude, staff was cordial, price was reasonable, hotel was quiet, hotel is vey well situated to area attractions, and a cash bar and cash breakfast are offered (though there are many food and drink alternatives within walking distance). Overall, the hotel is okay, but one should only go in with realistic expectations.

Cleanliness is an issue...
Multiple areas were not clean. Open bar of soap and lotion on the bathroom counter. Blood spots on the curtains and one of our pillows.

The staff was really kind and courteous. Our room was clean and quiet, and yes we read reviews expressing concern with cleanliness and the staff. Our family experience was wonderful and the staff could not have provided better service.

Had no idea there was no parking, no validating parking, pool was green, no complementary coffee in the lobby. No points toward Bonvoy. I could have had as nice a stay at Super 8. Absolutely no benefit to staying at a Marriott which I DO (did) expect

The first room they gave us had a broken toilet. The second room smelled like diarrhea. Totally completely fowl smelling. The third room (which we stayed in)…..the mini fridge did not work. At that point we were sick of hopping rooms. Warm drinks but at least I had a toilet and didn’t die from stench! On the plus side, the staff is very nice.
