Had to pay extra for parking. When eating at the restaurant for Mother’s Day, I noticed the sever giving out roses to all the mothers. My mother was missed. The bed nor towels were made or given daily, no complimentary water nor coffee in the lobby, got over charged in the restaurant.

A very average hotel. Front desk didn’t give me the whole talk about the amenities, check out time or even my room number when checking in. Just handed me my keys for my room and key for parking. Yes they charge for parking, and “incidentals” and another $20 after I checked out in the morning. These guys really need money bad to keep the hotel running u suppose.

Hotel was very clean, and the king size bed was very comfortable. Easy and quick access to the riverwalk. Check in was easy and efficient, even though they were very busy and short staffed.

Stayed here for Queens Of The Stone Age show which was amazing!!!! Walking distance to Live Oak Bank Pavilion. Friendly staff. Wonderful shuttle drivers. Close to airport. Room was clean and felt safe. Will definitely stay again when visiting.

This hotel was great. Really perfect location. Big rooms. Nice staff. Cafe and restaurant on site. Will be my go-to. Only isue was internet was down for 24 hours, but I was told that's not the norm and was also offered a comp for a dinner at the restaurant. All in all, a pretty perfect place to stay.

Beautiful hotel & view of the river. Comfortable beds. Front desk staff were awesome. The valet staff were awesome. ($25 valet/$20self park/per day) No mini frige, coffee maker or microwave in room. No free coffee downstairs. The coffee bar attendant was a little hard to find when you need your coffee 1st thing in the AM. The bartender was missing for several minutes, then when he came back he didn’t greet me or smile. Unfriendly.

We had the same assistant to check us in and out. I can’t remember her name but she was so sweet and helpful. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was great!! Perfect place to stay!!

Got to the hotel at 4pm for the listed check in time. Was told the room was not clean and would be ready in an hour. We come back an hour later and we are given our room and room keys. When we approached the room the door was cracked open and the room was still dirty. We went back to the front desk and they "upgraded" our room. We had dinner plans so we dropped our stuff off in the room and went to dinner. We explored downtown Wilmington a bit and returned to the room around 11pm. When we got back into the room we found out that not only was our shower not working, but the water in our room was not working at all. We couldn't use the sink, flush the toliet, or shower. With it being so late we decided to suck it up and deal with it, but we will definitely never return.

The location is what I liked best about the property. Following that the staff were very cordial and helpful, and under a little stress. The least liked aspect is trying to call the hotel. The number listed for the property on most internet sites does not go to the hotel. I physically had to go to the property to change hotel reservations.

Our experience wasn't the best only because our room was right behind the elevator shaft and that is what we heard all night long. However, the management was very apologetic, and I mentioned that quite possibly that would be a great place to relocate the ice machine along with soda machines. The management was very apologetic and insisted we have a free breakfast and hopefully in the future we can revisit.

Anyone we talked to was accommodating. valet was only $5 more than self park so we did that and the gentleman who run the valet were incredibly nice and always had our car back very fast. We were able to check in early which helped a ton and the room was clean. We would absolutely go back.

The property’s location is convenient. The hotel’s restaurant served really good food with excellent service. All services were offered with efficiency and a smile. The property gives you a downtown ambiance with a down home feeling.

The hotel was in convenient location.It was nicely decorated and the staff were exceptional allowing us to check-in early.The only negative for our room was that there was not a refrigerator.

This hotel is located within walking distance of anything a visitor could desire (dining, bars, shopping, tourist activities, etc.). It's also along the Riverwalk for a leisurely stroll. Parking is plentiful. The staff was helpful and friendly. We felt very safe at all times of day and night.
