« This was the perfect place for our family of five to use while visiting University of the South!! We weren’t able to take advantage of the hot tub or kayaks but we did wander the property and take advantage of the beautiful water views.Make sure to visit the Sunrise Cafe while you are there! Order a plate of cinnamon role pancakes for the table!! Delicious. »

« Awesome week at the lake! We enjoyed our 3-generations trip to beautiful Tim's Ford. The house is has an amazing water location. We spent so much time outside at the dock and boating - our in-laws were super happy to be able to dock for the week - convenient! « The place was good for our needs. If you want to eat at the property is has the essential cooking utensils, but it does not the amenties that you might need. I would recommend your choice of coffee and they do have a Keurig! They have some coffee, Sweet & Low, and some creamers available. « The home was just what we needed. Great location for shoes at the Caverns. We enjoyed the covered back deck and seeing the deer that popped up in the yard. It was a great stay! »

« The property was clearly updated and a lot has been done to the property. It was very clean, space was perfect for me and my wife. All the touches, exterior lighting, fire pit, and much more. We would stay there again for sure. The only negative feedback at all would be the master bedroom bed was uncomfortable for my wife. She said it felt lumpy and had to move to the sofa our first night. Then we switched to a different room. »

« Clean, modern, well-appointed Tiny Mojo house! The kitchen had everything one needs to cook also--- even a small crackpot and barware for drinks. House was orderly and fresh upon our arrival, and our host proactively kept in touch throughout our stay. Comfy furniture, pillows, and blankets (if chilly.) Screen porch had a table for four for meals or games, as well as a couch, large chair, and ottoman for reading or lounging if one wanted outdoor breezes. A very nice stay! »
