« Everything was ok except for all trash bins had no trash bags in the room. When I called the front desk to ask for them I was told “this ain’t full service “ and I would have to come get the bags, On top of that another guest had kids above stomping and running for at least an hour which sounded like they were gonna come through the walls. »

« Everyone was big enough for our family of five to fit comfortably. Breakfast was great! We loved all the toppings for yogurt and oatmeal. »

« Our room was clean. It was in the front of the hotel so it was convenient for my pup. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The bathroom was large. I loved the coffee nook and the Nespresso machine. I am not a fan of artificial creamers so having half and half would be nice but I seem to find the artificial stuff everywhere in that area. I called the front desk no answer for at least three minutes second trying she answer and told me to try to find which room making nose and call her again and she will call the room . « Hotel bien situé, proche de nombreuses commodités (restaurants, magasins). Hotel propre, bien entretenu, personnel agréable, courtois et souriant. Chambre propre, spacieuse et bien équipée, avec literie confortable et wifi fonctionnel. Bonne isolation sonore. Excellent petit déjeuner avec sucré/salé. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. »

« The property was shady. The bathroom was dirty and was hair in the bath tub. The towels and pillows were dirty. Not worth the money that we paid. We were passing through and just needed a place to sleep for a few hours. When we brought up the dirty bathroom and they blamed humidity. The staff didn’t take my issue into consideration and had an attitude instead of trying to make things better. »
