« We had a wonderful short break here, the spa was lovely, rooms very comfortable and staff very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. Made even better by location as it was only a short walk down into Windermere. »

« The person at the reception had a very inappropriate behaviour. The welcome was cold, to such a point that we did not stay in the hotel for the diner. Piscine (nice, good temperature), sauna (not warm enough - could not even sweat) Jaccuzzi (out of order). Wifi limited to Whathsapp and Facebok. TV poor quality (channels). Room quite big, good confort with 2 kids, a plus »
