« Terrible place to stay at, my pregnant wife and I with our 2 children left within 30 minutes and went to book a new hotel. Disgusting, unclean, and smelly. They said they would refund us through Expedia since that's where I booked it through, but are now refusing to pay, staying that there were no complaints from anyone or anything. Terrible place, don't waste your money here. »

« My fiance and I have a disabled daughter. She loves to swim. The only reason why I picked this hotel was because they had an indoor swimming pool and I called the front desk prior to booking our room and the lady at the front desk said that the pool was heated. So I booked the room for the night so our daughter could swim. And to my surprise the full was freezing. I asked the lady at the front desk she did go into the maintenance room and try to turn the heater up but with no success. I did run...

« 24 hr airport shuttle- we had a really late flight and the shuttle was prompt, the staff friendly, and the room spacious, comfortable, and clean. We also had a late flight out and the staff held our luggage, shuttled us to a shopping area with a movie theater to spend our spare time, came back to pick us up, gave us cookies, and dropped us back to the airport. I would give more than 5 stars if possible! Thanks so much! »
