    Conveniently located just 2 blocks from Main Street, this spacious 3BR/3.5BA three-story townhouse puts you within walking distance of popular area dining, shops, and attractions. Walk 175 yards to Hideaway Park. The free local shuttle to the Winter Park ski area is only 1 block away. At home, enjoy the ambience of a gas fireplace. Cook your favorite barbeque fare on the gas grill. Soak in your own private outdoor hot tub!

    LIVING AREA

    Comfortable furnishings and ski-themed decor fill a spacious open living area equipped with a gas fireplace and sleek hardwood flooring throughout. Unwind with a movie on the 50” flat-screen TV. There’s seating for six on a queen-size sleeper sofa and armchair.

    KITCHEN & DINING

    Prepare your favorite home-cooked meals in a well-equipped modern kitchen. A full suite of stainless steel appliances includes a dishwasher, microwave, and electric range. When it’s time to dine, gather around a beautiful wooden table with bench seating for eight.

    BEDROOMS & BATHS

    This three-story townhome sleeps up to 10 guests between three bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

    The tranquil master suite includes a queen-size bed, a 55” flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom configured with a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

    In the second bedroom, you’ll find two twin-over-twin bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a tub/shower combination.

    The third guest room is furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed and provides direct access to the outdoor patio and hot tub. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

    There is also a convenient half bathroom located just off the living area.

    OUTDOOR AREAS

    Take a dip in your own private outdoor hot tub. Take your morning coffee on the back balcony -- there’s seating for two -- or cook up your favorite barbeque fare on the gas grill. Dine outdoors on the front balcony -- there’s table seating for six.

    EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS

    Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, Xfinity X1 cable TV, window fans, and a washer/dryer. In-floor radiant heat is located in the kitchen and living room. There’s parking available for up to two vehicles -- one in the driveway and one in the heated one-car garage.

    Please note, this townhome has no AC, but home cooling is rarely needed in Granby’s mild summer climate.

Fantastic!

The condo is in ideal condition and the location is absolutely perfect. Just steps away from the community park and event center and a few short blocks from town center. The condo is located a very short distance from amazing running and biking trails making it perfect for all season use.

Great Spot for Family Holiday

This home was perfect for our three generation family holiday. The little ones (2 and a half and 5) had loads of fun playing in the snow both right by the house and on the nearby sledding hill. The kitchen had the necessities for putting together a holiday meal. And getting to the ski shuttle was convenient. It was a lovely home.

Nice Location and home

This house was a well-equipped home for our party of 6. The kitchen had everything that we need and there were lots of extra pillows and blankets. Very cozy comfortable home. However, we really struggled with the hot tub. The snow around the hot tub had not been shoveled so we weren't able to open the cover. Then we discovered that water had gotten into the cover and frozen, making it weigh probably 50+ lbs and nearly impossible to open. I reached out to the management company and they told me that I was responsible for digging out the snow around the hot tub. We realize that we pay a premium to rent a home with a hot tub, and in this case the hot tub was very difficult to use.

Perfect mountain getaway!

We had such a wonderful time at this home! It was perfect for our family of two adults the three kids, and it would have worked for more people as well. The kitchen is well stocked, the house is comfortable, and the hot tub is glorious. It was really nice to be able to walk to the park and into town for restaurants and coffee. Highly recommend!

Winter Park summer getaway

This is a wonderful property that has lots of room for a large family. It is very central so easy to get to restaurants and to the paths along the Fraser River. Very relaxing.

Townhouse is a great location in WinterPark, easy access to the bus and restaurants. Good layout out, each room is private and nice that each has their own bathroom.

Perfect cozy family getaway

My husband and our teens enjoyed this property very much! We had room to spread out, yet the communal dining and living area with toasty fireplace were perfect for evening games! The hot tub was a welcome bonus, and being walking distance to great restaurants made meals easy. Check-in and departure were really smooth, too.

Nice place; not a huge fan of Turnkey

Pros: Good location; good layout; well stocked kitchen; comfortable; garage; hot tub. Cons: really high cleaning fee for only two days and not THAT clean when we got there. They did offer to come clean it but not worth the hassle. Really frustrated at inability to be just a little flexible on checkout. I needed just 30 minutes to be able to do a Zoom call for work and they were not able to accommodate. Oh, and they need to tell you the hot tub takes a long time to heat up. And they need more towels to go with the hot tub. I don't really like all the emails and text message you get when you rent a Turnkey property via VRBO. I prefer to use VRBO and its system and avoid another system which Turnkey pushes on you. If I wanted to deal with Turnkey directly I would rent from Turnkey directly. We waited until the last minute to book this trip and didn't have many choices. Nice place but now I know to avoid Turnkey in the future, especially when they provided no flexibility for just 30 minutes of extra time at checkout.

Great location

We loved the location. So happy it was pet friendly. Had to call to get hot tub fixed and was happy they took care of it right away. The only thing I could say that I was disappointed in was that the dishwasher did not work. With it being the holidays and I was cooking for the family it got to be a pain to hand wash after every meal. I understand that it was the holidays and Winterpark is a small town and to get a repairman and parts to fix it was not going to happen but if I am paying that extra $$ for a holiday stay one would expect for everything to work. Oh also the cleaners might want to dust under the couches because there was a lot of dust and leftover food bits under it.
