I arrived in the dark and found the directions very confusing. It would probably just easier to say the first building and the second building. The fireplace which was a big draw for me as it is winter, was very disappointing. There was a switch on the wall and then the most sad little fire that didn't produce any heat. I called the 800 number to ask if there was a way to adjust the heat or flame on fireplace and they stated no. I also wish there was a toaster in the kitchen and a drain stopper and some actual glasswear not just plastic cups. - I would have appreciated some instructions on how to access the TV guide. Unless I misread the amenities it stated there was a hot tub and pool on the premises. There was a pool but it was not in the condo area and we could not access it as we were not part of the actual Chula Vista guests. Finaly, I tried to get a later check out and was told that opportunity window had closed as they sent me an email before even got to the unit to see if I wanted a later check out. The condo is a bit outdated but clean and well stocked with toilet paper and towels.
