Full-height glass sliding doors open into the open-plan sitting and dining area, creating a light, airy space with a TV and plenty of room to unwind. The doors to the front and side can be fully opened, making indoor-outdoor living effortless on sunny days.

To the right of the living area is the comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room featuring a walk-in shower, basin, and WC.. Adjacent to the sitting room is a well-equipped galley kitchen with oven, induction hob, extractor, fridge, and dishwasher.

Outside and Parking
Guests have use of the decked terrace immediately outside the annex, ideal for morning coffee or an evening drink. There is one dedicated parking space directly beside the annex.
