« The bed sheets were not clean. Covered in both human and dog hair. Room was freezing. Looks to be an old converted shed sitting in a concrete pad. It was 5 degrees outside and we had a constant draft through the doors, windows, and cold air emitting straight from the floor. The home is old, which is no issue. « Pros: price, great desk staff, location Cons: pool was not open, hair in the shower and around the sink, musty smell in room, high humidity in room (to the extant that the furniture is rusting), the TV remote was very sticky, tv is stuck in "store mode" and cant be changed making it difficult to watch anything, Overall, for the price point, it's not the end of the world. The bed was clean, and that's all that really mattered to me. »

« If you move in and find a lot of bugs, I have a good method to get rid of them without having to do it by hand. You can catch the bugs in the trash can and flush them down the toilet. But it's difficult to flush the bug corpses out of the room's toilet. »
