• Downtown Worcester and Polar Park: approximately 5–10 minutes' drive.
• DCU Center and UMass Memorial Medical Center (University Campus): approximately 8–12 minutes' drive.

ℹ️ PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING
• Second floor, stairs only. There is NO ELEVATOR.
• Three-unit residential building. The owner lives on the first floor and a long-term tenant lives on the third floor. Those units and storage areas are off-limits to guests.
• The laundry room and some outdoor areas are shared.
• Please contact New England Host Co. for anything you need during your stay rather than the owner.
• Driving times are estimates and vary with traffic.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire second-floor apartment. Shared amenities include the first-floor front porch, second-floor porch, back stairs, basement laundry room, and driveway.

The first- and third-floor apartments and designated storage areas are private and are not accessible to guests. Please note that the apartment is on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only; there is no elevator.

New England Host Co. manages your stay and is available by message or phone any time. The owner lives in the building, so a neighbor is close by, but all requests go through us.

You're in Worcester's University Park neighborhood, directly across the street from Clark University's campus. Cafés and a mix of casual restaurants line Main Street and Park Avenue, a short walk away. Downtown Worcester, the DCU Center, Polar Park, and UMass Memorial Medical Center are all a short drive.

• Parking: 2 spaces in the driveway. Please use only the driveway spaces.
• Winter parking: Worcester enforces winter parking bans (Dec 1 – Apr 30 on main roads, plus declared bans during snowstorms). Keep vehicles in the driveway to avoid tickets or towing.
• Bus: WRTA routes 19, 27, and 33 stop on Main Street at Clark and run to the Union Station hub downtown. Routes 7 and 825 stop on Park Avenue.
• Train: Worcester Union Station (Amtrak and MBTA Commuter Rail to Boston) is about a 10-minute drive.
• Highway: I-290 and the Mass Pike (I-90) are about 10–15 minutes away.

• Second-floor unit, accessible by stairs only (no elevator).
• Quiet hours are 8 PM – 9 AM. No parties, events, or gatherings on the porches.
• A Ring doorbell camera monitors the exterior entrance only. There are no cameras inside the apartment.
• The owner lives on the first floor and a long-term tenant lives on the third. Please contact New England Host Co. for anything you need.
• Shared basement laundry room. There is no dishwasher.
• Pets under 20 lbs are welcome with a $100 pet fee. Please include them in your booking.
• Maximum stay is 28 nights.

You can rest easy knowing your space is protected by a $1,500 damage protection policy by Waivo. This policy is covered by the $25 "management fee."

Please note that the Waivo Damage Protection Policy does not cover intentional damage, theft, or negligence. It is always important to treat the property and its belongings with care and respect. However, knowing that accidental damages are covered provides peace of mind for all parties involved.
