Guests will have full access to the cabin during their stay, with the exception of the garage and a few locked cabinets and closets reserved for owner storage.

We live just down the street and are happy to help if anything comes up during your stay. You might see us walking by with our dogs — feel free to wave hello! Otherwise, we’ll give you your privacy to enjoy the cabin and the mountain surroundings.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available depending on our booking schedule. Just ask! Please note that late check-out is $20 per hour.

As this is a mountain property, you may encounter insects or other local wildlife. We take pest control seriously, but some encounters are part of the natural setting and not grounds for a refund.

Weather conditions can vary — summers can be hot, winters very cold, and wind can be strong year-round. We recommend checking the forecast before your arrival to pack accordingly. We do not offer refunds for weather-related issues or road closures that are beyond our control.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during the winter months, to cover any unexpected travel disruptions.

2. We understand that this is a non-smoking property and that we will be charged $250 for any evidence left from smoking of any kind
3. We will respect the 9 pm - 9 am `quiet time` outside

6. We understand that if we `sneak` in additional guests, we will be charged $100 per guest.

9. I understand Wrightwood has septic tanks and they are very sensitive. I will be responsible for any plumbing fees if anyone in my group plugs up the toilet.
