« On arrival, we were put into the wrong apartment for the first night. We then changed to the apartment that had been advertised. It wasn’t as clean as we are used to especially in Dubai; the floor and sofa was stained and the glass on the balcony was filthy. My biggest concern was that we didn’t have gas throughout the trip so if we did wasn’t to cook, it would have been difficult. There was no kettle either so we could not boil water. This was resolved with a kettle being supplied to us but...

« There is no checkin reception & you need to self checkin with a code which i was never informed, The room service was pathetic & they informed its only available from 10 am - 6 pm & was not provided the basic water service in the room, the wifi was the poorest i have ever seen, after requesting for improving it there was no response & i requested to get the router placed in the room which never happened. »

« Apartment is absolutely stunning. Bedrooms are all good sizes, bathrooms modern and beautifully done. Fantastic location right on West Beach, with lots of beach clubs nearby. 5 min walk to mall with lots of shops, including supermarkets. Will stay here again as really could not fault it, highly recommend. »
