« breakfast here is. really really good. wide selection and tasty
rooms were slightly dated looking, but still pretty good
staff was mostly good but not so interactive (maybe didnt want to engage in english too much).
cleaning staff was a bit aggressive though, kept wanting to take my towels and replace stuff etc even thogugh I had the DND sign on and generally do not really want my room entered during my stay. I think they at least waited until i was in my room before trying to see if they...

« It was tricky to find the entrance, as other reviewers have mentioned - for reference it is on Lujiali across from the Suwu office building - but the apartments were conveniently located, clean and very comfortable. The staff were also really lovely. There wasn’t a lot of cutlery but the kitchenette worked fine for basic cooking. I recommend as a food place to stay in central Nanjing. »

« We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
We particularly appreciated the convenient location and the overall quality of the service. Everything was smooth and comfortable from check-in to check-out.
One small inconvenience was that the lobby is located on the 38th floor. Getting down to the ground floor could be a little complicated, as we had to take two different elevators, which was not always very convenient. Also, some staff members did not speak...

« Hotels.com annonçait qu'il était possible de contacter l'hôtel pour avoir une navette à l'arrivée à l'aéroport.
mais comment contacter un hôtel en Chine ? Après avoir enfin pu avoir l'adresse mail de l'établissement , j'ai envoyé 2 mails restés sans réponse . Enormes difficultés pour trouver l'hôtel situé dans une cour intérieure , sans enseigne . A déconseiller . »
