« Staying at Ginger Hotel was, without a shadow of a doubt, one of the most stressful, frustrating, and deeply unpleasant accommodation experiences I have ever endured. Unfortunately, my recent stay proved to be an absolute nightmare from start to finish, characterized by severe...

« The TV and internet were not working. The flush was leaking and the entire room had a foul seepage smell. We had to shift in a room designed for differently able people which was comparatively a lot more smaller. The drain was blocked and overflowing in the shower area. Green tea was not available. Overall pathetic experience .I want a refund .
