Lovely large and comfortable room (& bathroom). Good shower. Liked the kitchenette area. Liked being able to park in front of our room. Slept well. Great stopping point for us. Will be back.

I have had the good fortune to stay in many motels in Australia over the years - many. The Yackandandah Motor Inn is by far the best motel I've stayed in - a real cut above the rest - clean, modern, well-positioned, attention to detail and extras was outstanding! I will definitely be back and next time I will stay longer to experience more of the quaint little town and the wonderful motel. My highest recommendation.

Almost next door to the Star Hotel which is one of the very best traditional pubs on the edge of the high country. Brews it’s own beer which is only for sale draught in the pub. Lots of live music too. Super nice motel v nice landlady!

Just Amazing Location
This motel is a hidden gem in an oasis of heritage buildings from the gold rush of the 1850s. This motel is an ideal stop from Sydney to Melbourne....just over 5 hours from Camden and only over 3 hours to Melbourne.....the antique shops are fantastic and there are two great pubs with entertainment. You can visit all the great towns from Yackandandah...Beechworth, Bright and Glenrowan.,,,20 mins to 1 hour. You just walk out the door and you are back in the 1850s...wonderful walks and cafes and specialty shops....the museum is a must..the motel is a must as is Yackandandah!!!!
