„Did the job. Very noisy late night foot traffic from pub woke us up several times every night. Very hot little fibro building. Often cooler outside. Air conditioner could not cool bedrooms. Otherwise great location.“

„Great location in between town and pippies beach. The unit is very basic but functional. Had a top loader washing machine, no dishwasher, only one air conditioner at the front of the property so the bedrooms were hot! Shower is in the laundry which is fine. Main issue was the toilet smelt like a rank men’s public toilet despite every effort to clean it. Had to keep the door shut at all times. Needs to be fixed!“

„The house is beginning to show its age. Although it was comfortable there was still a number of issues that were relayed to the estate agent. eg Scalding hot water, failure of air conditioning, leaking washing machine, and kitchen mixer tap broke off in my hand. The estate agent was right on to everything. It was walking distance of Yamba Fair shopping centre.“

„We really enjoyed our stay We have a few suggestions to help improve the property: Put lock on bathroom Put wardrobe in bedroom with bunk beds Put drawers in 1st and 2nd bedroom Put extra sofa in living room Sharpen or replace all knives Make outside shed more waterproof Secure front garden for pets and children Provide more coat hangers“
