Hotel Yamhill

« The setting is tranquil, with beautiful views, and the home itself is lovely. Our host was welcoming and gracious. The B&B is about two miles down gravel roads with fairly deep washboards, so guests should be prepared for a rough drive. We love staying at true bed and breakfasts, and for us, part of the charm is the experience of a thoughtfully prepared, homemade breakfast. Unfortunately, the breakfast we received was a bit disappointing—a scone, two strawberries, and five blueberries left us...

« Place was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was great. Location was pretty central, so a plus. Staff wasn't bad but could have been more friendly. »

« Spacious bedroom, super clean, quiet — very helpful staff. In addition: free breakfast, bike and pool! »

« Lovely boutique guest house in expansive rural setting. The hosts go to great length to make guests comfortable and welcome, including a delicious morning breakfast. GPS provides great assistance in the final mile or so of arriving. Do not be alarmed finding yourself on gravel road. That will all pay off in the tranquility of your lodging here. Also, and perhaps counterintuitively, you will be close to some exceptional dining and well located to visit many vineyards. Would not hesitate to...

« Clean room and friend staff. Owners on site try their very best to make sure that everything is ok for their customers. »

« First of all, this is a new facility. It's also part of the IHG system, which makes it nice since the standards for rooms, amenities and so forth are high. An excellent experience. Also... there is a free pour of good wines every evening. I don't drink but got a free personal bottle of Martinelli's sparkling cider. Very thoughtful. »

« We had a wonderful stay here. The stay started with a tour from one of the wonderful innkeepers. The room, as well as the rest of the property was very clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was very good and had a number of options. The only thing we didn't like was the bed frame felt a little cheap and wobbly the TV could use an update but literally everything else was exceptional. We would stay here again without hesitation. »

« Highly recommend. Boutique hotel with spacious and well appointed rooms. Room was exactly as pictured. We enjoyed a comfortable suite with an ambient fireplace visible from both the sleeping and living area. Bathroom had a shower and tub, heated towel rack and separate vanity area. Location was 10 minutes from Domaine Willamette and Archery Summit. Two top notch wineries. The staff are friendly, too. Great value and quality. Stop searching and just book it! »

« Going in early October this 5 star turns to a 3 star. Only the breakfast restaurant is open as fine dining is closed for dinners for the season. The hotel music played in the common area s all night waking us in our second floor room. The gas fireplaces in the court yard didn’t work and the hotel maintenance could not fix the gas supply. So all in all 3 star in October anyway. »

« The shower handle was broken. We stayed 2 nights, first day we were going to take a shower and the handle for the shower was broken. I reported it to the front desk they »

« Very nice room, well equipped, very clean. They touted that it came with free breakfast, but all we got was a coffee and a small danish….a little disappointing! »
