Cabanes à York

« Cleaners really helpeful, let me check my bags in early in order to attend a wedding a few miles away. Would love to stay a little longer next time. Also breakfast in the cafe was excellent. Thanks for the stay »

« Very clean and fully equipped lodge. Comfy bed, table and chairs settee and small tv. The property is central to all our needs, with great pubs, restaurants and an amazing air museum all within a short drive.. Evenings by the fire pit, are a must. We will definitely be back ........soon »

« From the moment I arrived, the scenery was beautiful. The lake with various different birds, the trees, forest etc. I loved the cabin, just perfect along with the outdoor fire pit/bbq where you buy logs through an app. I will definately be visiting again. Loved it 😊😊😊😊😊 »

« Lodge was really nice and clean and it was a really nice experience. However a few lights either didn't work or had no bulb in, the hall way light didn't work and when it was dark you couldn't see where you was going and the light outside the hot tub but this wasn't so bad as you had the fairy lights which gave a bit of light. Over all very nice »

« - Cleanliness - Comfort - Hot tub and fire were perfect - Everything in great condition - Facilities »

« Lovely property, in a small settlement of varied pods and cabins, arranged to ensure privacy. Great location, close to both Pickering and Thornton le Dale. We are foster carers and needed a break with our very small youngster and the pod suited us perfectly - there was even a song thrush singing to us every evening! »

« A great location. We stayed in a glamping pod and had a lovely time. Clean and all you need for a few days. Local shop 5 mins drive away to get anything you need »

« Had such high hopes for this place, based on the images and location, but was so disappointed when we arrived. Genuinely considered leaving and paying to go elsewhere. Host was really great with communication and checking in, but wished we knew before booking that you actually stay at the scratty end of their property, with all the chicken coops and sheep. Property was much more outdated than on the pics and cupboards were dirty. On the plus side, the beds were comfy. I've never been more...

« Great property »

« The pod we stayed in was beautifully clean and well maintained. It had lovely little touches like a small milk in the fridge waiting for when you arrived, each bed space had its own towels (including bath towels) so that was a nice touch also. The only thing I would recommend is that the view from the front of the pod isn’t the same on the photos due to new lodges being built so when we got there it was a little disappointing not to have that view and just a little suggestion now new lodges are...

« This was such a fun experience. »

« The place was absolutely amazing. Quiet and cute. Had everything we needed and was set up perfectly »

« The privacy and cleanliness of the pods, second time returning and I will be coming back for a third. »
