« We had a lovely stay in this heritage property in York. Check-in was easy and all communication with the hosts was timely and friendly and helpful. The house is in a great location. We did not have a car and easily walked or took city buses to/from the train station and attractions. « Propre, bien situé et calme, stationnement facile dans la rue et gratuit, à 30 minutes à pied du centre sinon payer très cher le parking . Très bien pour 4 personnes.L'annonce n'indique pas que l'escalier n'est pas fait pour les personnes à faible mobilité car il est très raide. Les deux lits de 90 cm avec matelas confortables mais les lattes des lits doivent être isolées du sommier car le grincement est insupportable.Manque les petits linges de toilette et savon/shampooing.Sinon on à trois...

« Everything about our stay, there was fantastic except the weather. It was in the 90s and of course there’s no air-conditioning but that’s not their fault hahah 10/10 would recommend. »

« The house is very convenient for walking to the many attractions of York city centre. It was clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom and a good shower. Communcation with the host was excellent. We would certainly recommend! »

« This is an excellent house in a nice York neighbourhood, with easy access to the city centre. The property is beautiful and very well-maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. »

« Our main objective in visiting York was the trains! We especially enjoyed the York Minster, the wall, the Shambles & the incredible history. The Friargate location was perfect for our group of 8. Highly recommend this comfortable, beautifully decorated home. Only snag was getting a parking ticket for parking a van in the designated spot in front of the house. »

« Really lovely apartment just outside the city walls. Spotlessly clean, really comfortable and with everything you need for a great stay. Little extras including, sourdough bread, butter, preserves, milk, coffee, tea, orange juice, cereals, chocolate , wine and a treat from Betty's all made it feel really special and that you are very welcome. « Really enjoyed staying here, it was nice to be so close to york city centre as it made it easier to plan the day and fit in more activities. Also, it allowed us to enjoy the nightlife without worrying about getting a taxi or a long walk back. The actual property itself was not so small you're struggling for space, but small enough that it didn't feel like we were occupying more realestate than we needed. « Amazing lodge, fully equipped with everything for your stay. Cleaned to a high standard, we found a lovely pub that did food around the corner called the half moon, definitely recommended »

"Une déco très sympa qui complète à merveille un voyage dans cette magnifique ville de York. Le personnel est avenant et il est possible pour des raisons environnementales de ne pas faire changer les serviettes tous les jours et c’est la première fois que je vois une poubelle de tri dans une chambre d’hôtel."

"L'arrivée à l'hôtel s'est bien déroulé. Le personnel est très gentil et nous avons pu laisser nos bagages pour aller visiter la ville (car nous sommes arrivés tôt le matin, trop tôt pour le check-in). La chambre était propre, spacieuse, et le lit confortable. Aussi, l'hôtel est bien situé, à l'intérieur des murs et à quelques minutes à pieds des attraits principaux. Un autre point positif était le déjeuner inclut. Le buffet était diversifié et la nourriture très bonne. Je recommande cet hôtel."
