At 4:00 I sent a message saying that we'd give them one hour and then we'd have to leave as it was freezing cold. The property manager tried to blame me for not getting back with him to tell him we hadn't closed ...

„Such a lovely place, clean, quiet - games and puzzles to enjoy, snacks and coffee provided. Conveniently located to all things Ann Arbor. Communications with the host were informative and timely. Would stay at this location again!“

„Excellent location - it's the best of both worlds as the street is very quiet and relaxing and yet you are also steps away from all the fun of Depot Town. We walked to several restaurants, coffee shops and the Ypsilanti Food Coop, which is such a sweet, independently run grocery store with a delicous bakery and home cooked meals and soups on offer every day.The apartment itself was compact, very clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay for one or two people. „this was a sunny, updated, and well disigned house. We would definately rent from them again.“

„Wonderful stay! Very clean, great fenced in yard for our dog, modern house that is walkable to Depot Town and several parks. Communication with Abril was great. Would definitely stay again.“

„Great value versus staying in two hotel rooms! This property gave us the space we needed to hangout, sleep and eat comfortably versus dealing with a hotel lobby, always eating out…..The proximity to EMU athletic fields really was a huge benefit. Finally, host interactions were seamless.“

„Very nice accommodation with plenty of equipment. What we didn't expect was the noise level of the trains nearby, the ventilation system and most likely from the diner below. “

„Things broke and banged up….needs so work. Wouldn’t stay there or recommend.“

„Wonderful shops near by and good sight seeing“

„Great place to stay right near all the excitement of Depot Town. We were warned the noise from the restaurant could disturb us. It did not. Micah was great with communication as well.“

„This property was perfect and the location was amazing. Close to resturants and shops. The host was super responsive with all our needs. I would totally stay here again!“
