    Perhaps one of the most beautiful apartments in the city of Zakynthos, in the most CENTRAL spot, next to Solomos Square and the beach, overlooking the sea & the harbor in a perfectly quiet neighborhood with supermarkets, bars, restaurants all next to your feet!

    FULLY renovated with wonderful bathrooms and bedrooms & with amazing EQUIPMENT, top quality mattresses, cotton satin sheets, etc.) the only sure thing is that you will love it!

    The space
    The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. It is completely autonomous, on the 5th floor, with a veranda with amazing sea view and Solomos Square!
    It is located in the center of Zakynthos town, in the most central part of the island and can be the most ideal location to explore the whole island!

    Guest access
    A private apartment with access in all the rooms and facilities

    "Flexible" check-in/-out time mean:
    I will try to accommodate your check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note that early check ins are not always possible if I have a guest leaving that morning, as I need to allow them to check out and prepare the apartment for you. However, I can usually allow you to drop off luggage, and the apartment will usually be ready by noon or 1pm at the very latest. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage or even stay in the apartment if no other guest is arriving on the same day. Late check-ins are no problem at all.

    Other things to note
    The apartment is equipped with:

    • High-speed Wi-Fi
    • Full air conditioning in each room and living room
    • Screens on all windows / doors
    • Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, induction stovetop)
    • Washing machine

    There are not many rules to follow during your stay! You're on vacation anyway! We want you to feel at home.

    We just ask you to respect the place, not cause damage and keep the noise down during quiet hours (23:00-07:00).
