A fully equipped kitchen overlooks the verdant garden, while a well appointed bathroom and the master bedroom, featuring twin beds that can either be set separately or combined into a double bed, along with a TV and air conditioning.

Ascend the internal staircase to discover the second floor, where two elegant bedrooms await, each equipped with twin beds that can be configured individually or joined together as a double bed, alongside TVs and air conditioning. A newly outfitted bathroom promises modern comforts for all.

Outside, the villa unfolds as a lavish sanctuary, adorned with a pool, jacuzzi, and all requisite amenities for indulging under the Mediterranean sun.
