« The house was clean and neat and easily accessible. From a woman’s perspective, I would like to have seen some hooks or towel bars in the bathroom to hang towels/hand towels on. We always play Farkle when we travel, which is a dice game, and a coffee table would have been helpful in that respect. We moved a footstool out of one of the bedrooms to place in front of the sofa to play. It worked, so the coffee table is just a suggestion. There were no plates in the kitchen and very few eating...

« We loved the house, decor and location. Although not used, the home provided plenty of toiletries and hygiene products for the guests to use. The location was perfect for our downtown convention. As noted in previous reviews, the house across the street looks like a junkyard. However, the occupants didn’t bother us, but is an eye soar. Also please note that the two twin beds in the sunroom are not separated. It’s actually a daybed that pulls out into a full size bed. So it’s like sharing a bed...

« This cozy cottage will not disappoint and is true to the photos. It is very comfortable and served as our home away from home while visiting Hot Springs. Everything you may need is provided, and then some. The water pressure in the showers is amazing! It is in walking distance to Oaklawn race track and close to Central Avenue and downtown Hot Springs. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return again in the future and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. »

« This was a great farm house with plenty of amenities! It was actually better than we expected from the pictures and description! My parents loved it and it's location near Petit Jean Mountain was handy. They also loved the farm fresh eggs and ground beef that was in the fridge upon arrival! Highly recommended! »

« My wife and I had a wedding in Muldrow and Fort Smith was the closest town. This house was adorable. It was right next to downtown which is a little sketchy, but the street this home on was fine and you can tell they are trying to revitalize the area some. »

« My nephew got married in a venue in Mulberry and we needed a place to spend the night. Tammy was very helpful and friendly. Tammy quickly responded to all my requests/inquiries and was very helpful. It's about 5 minutes from the main road, but it's a quiet neighborhood. It's safe area and very affordable! »

« We had fun, the kids and teens had mixed feelings about the decor but came around and didn’t want to leave by the time we left LOL! There were talks of “when I have my own house it will be this theme” on the way home. There were lots of interesting things to look at.
