« The hotel itself and outside grounds are beautiful. However, I thought the cost was expensive for the room overall. The bathroom had an odor, toilet seat was stained and the shower head sprayed water everywhere when used and needed to be repaired. I reported these items to the front desk, but the attendant did not seem very concerned. This is not the service or attention to detail one would expect from this type of hotel. »

« The Great Wolf Lodge was a good stay, however, the room was super dusty when we walked in. We had to wipe down all of the surfaces with bleach wipes because of a thin white film that was on all of the dressers as well as anything that was on the countertops. For having a water facility within the hotel was nice for the kids. However, the water park closed at 8:00 and we did not have much time to enjoy it. I would recommend that during the weekends and summer that the place stays open a little...

« I love Chateau Elan, we will always recommend however this stay was slightly disappointing due to the following: the room was not cleaned properly, the bathtub was dirty, there was an opened bottle of wine in the room fridge when we checked in and trash under the couch(we booked a King suite). Besides the cleaning mishaps we had a wonderful visit and will return. »

« The whole experience was exceptional. The cottage was lovely. The Baretta experience was great. We enjoyed fishing, golf and horseback riding as well. We will absolutely be back. »
