« The place was clean, the staff were helpful, the amenities nice and as described. Our ac wasn't draining properly, so the room was extremely humid (windows so fogged you couldn't see out, despite outdoor highs in the low 70s) and made an alarming creaking sound every 45 minutes or so. The sheets were nice and the bed and pillows very comfortable. »

« This was the worst check in experience I’ve had at any hotel. The desk person couldn’t find our reservation and called the manager, who was sleeping. We arrived later than expected with unexpected delays during our 15 hour trip. The system apparently automatically cancelled our reservation without notice- we arrived within a half hour of the system updating. « The staff were very nice and professional. No problems there. The hotel as a whole is a little run down. Exercise room leaves A LOT to be desired. Tread mill didn’t work and the elliptical trainer is about to fall apart — it’s in terrible shape. The room was adequate. Bathroom is very dark, hard to put makeup on. And no exhaust fan. The AC worked great. Love a cool room to sleep in. Bed was comfortable. »
