« I had to change my room due to no electric, which was very inconvenience and then the ice machine was not working on any of the floors due to no electric. My room was terribly hot. I asked for a late checkout for the inconvenience. I was rudely told no Management sucks at this location. »

« Great staff - very nice and helpful. Clean hotel, nice rooms. Elevator really slow for some reason, but that's nit- picking. This is a very good choice for a business traveler. »

« When we arrived at our room, it was clear that it had not been properly cleaned. There was leftover food in the drawers, beer still in the refrigerator, and old fries on the floor. Additionally, one of the beds appeared to have been used and was not fully made. »
