« I had a horrible experience. I booked in advance and when arrived they have given my room up because I didnât checkin by 6pm and we arrived around 8pmbut I paid for the room already. This was during a busy weekend where the furniture convention was in town and every hotel was book within and 1 and 10mins distance. We were lucky to have found a motel which was horrible and dirty but we had no choice e. This hotel left us in a city with no hotel, no other options and the night staff was so rude...

« The bed was horrible and had dog hair on one of them. The sheets were dingy and we went an bought sheets to sleep on after I Lysol the mattress. The lamp shades and ceiling had mold on it over the bed. »

« The staff at check-in and check-out were friendly and helpful. Check-in was slow but it appeared to be complicated software. The room and bathroom were clean. Third floor elevator request button would not light so I could never be sure the elevator was coming. The bed was comfortable but I really wish hotels would provide a few pillows with volume as opposed to puffy pillows that flatten as soon as they are put to use. »
