„Positives- free breakfast and light dinner buffet available including one free alcoholic drink daily. Friendly staff. Clean enough. Good facility for conference (why I was there). Negatives- I like to walk a lot in a new place and there is VERY little that is walkable. I walked from downtown Columbia/Univ of Missouri 2.5 miles along the interstate back to hotel. Thin, lumpy pillows were really uncomfortable. I didn’t sleep well. “

„The room was perfect! It was so clean!! The only reason I gave my stay 4 stars is because when I walked in the lobby, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. By the morning, it was gone. The lobby needs updating, but the room was great! The staff at night wasn’t as friendly as the morning staff, but all went well and I would stay there again if I’m in the area. It’s totally worth the price! “

„It’s a standard motel in a small town about 25-30 miles away from Route 66. We were looking to see a bit more of countryside instead of driving the interstate and we found it. The town is made up of about ten streets and has maybe a population of 4000. I guess the nearby prison provides the town with jobs. The room and furniture were older. It was ok for a nights stay.“

„A great place to unplug and unwind, but also tremendously fun creekside and at the playground. The food was good but lacking in vegetarian options. The staff, especially Tina, really made our trip though! What wonderful people!“

„The hotel is dated. Beds are rock hard. An attempt is made to soften them with what felt like an additional mattress topper, but they are so worn down that it doesn't help at all. May as well have paid half the price for one of those sketchy run down motels. I don't expect 5 stars from a hotel in the middle of nowhere MO, but I expect more from this hotel chain. Everything needs a big refresh, otherwise lower the prices to reflect what's being provided.“

„staff was great; breakfast was great; room and fitness center in poor condition - finishes peeling off room and cabinet doors, lights not working bedside; fitness center HVAC not working/equipment out of order or in poor condition (one treadmill tagged out of order, the other made so many squeaks and noises when using that it sounded like it was about to die)“
