"We really enjoyed our peaceful stay at the lodge! It was really special to sleep in the "tree-houses" surrounded by nature and waking up to the most beautiful view of the river! The room and the whole lodge was really clean and the mosquito nets protected us really well. All the tours we booked were a lot of fun and very interesting (Orlando gave us a lot of information), especially the hike was amazing! The pool area is really nice and all the staff were amazing and always so friendly! 10/10 would recommend! "

"Bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir angeblich keine Reservierung hätten. Nach über 30 Minuten wurde dann noch mit dem Inhaber telefoniert und unsere Expedia Buchung bestätigt. Auch wollte man uns mehr in Rechnung stellen, als über die Expedia- Buchung vereinbart wurde. An sich war die Unterkunft okay, aber der check-in war nicht zufriedenstellend. Am nächsten Tag wurde sich jedoch noch einmal bei uns für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigt- dennoch fanden wir es nicht angenehm, dass wir auf unser Zimmer warten mussten, obwohl wir über 1 Stunde nach Check in Beginn noch warten mussten. Hier muss besser an der Kommunikation gearbeitet werden. "
