„Check in was easy, the parking garage was right around the corner. The parking garage recognized the tag and was easy to go in and out. The hotel was ATTACHED to the parking garage for easy luggage in and out. You have to have key access to get in and out of the building of the parking garage. Only thing is. „The room was excellent. The dining area of table and chairs were very dirty and uninviting. I would suggest that there always be someone at the front desk. Every clerk had to come from an office to serve. The hotel was very difficult to find and the area around the hotel was "slummy" and "industrial".“

„The Colcord hotel is absolutely beautiful. It is classic luxury. Our stay, room and bed were comfortable. The curtains/shades were a bit squeaky when opening and closing but only had to do that twice so not a big deal. We loved the late night and early morning walks around the Myriad garden, so beautiful and peaceful. “

„Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 3 Personen gebucht mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem Schlafsofa. Als wir darum baten, das Schlafsofa doch wie geplant mit Bettzeug auszustatten, sicherte man es uns zu. Als wir nach einigen Stunden ins Hotel zurück kehrten, war jedoch nichts geschehen. Bei Nachfrage erhielten wir die ziemlich patzige Antwort, dass das Housekeeping nicht mehr da sei (es war gerade mal 20.00 Uhr) und somit keine Bettwäsche verfügbar sei.
