„This was by far the most amazing small getaway I've had! It's Close enough to town to experience Agnes water & 1770, but far enough away to experience pin drop silent nights under the stars. If you are the adventurous type & want to try off grid living, this is the perfect place. The couple that runs it are extremely friendly and took care of our every need. I cannot recommend this place enough.“

"Pittoreskes Hotel in Cairns. Das Hotel ist hübsch und sauber. Die Idee mit der Ausstattung im alten Stil ist schön, aber mittlerweile könnten die Zimmer renoviert werden. Die Betten waren uns auch viel zu weich. Dennoch ist alles sehr sauber. Das Hotel liegt gegenüber dem Bahnhof. Es fahren zwar nur wenige, dafür aber lange Züge. Daher nach Zimmern zur anderen Seite fragen."
