Het appartement was schoon en van goede kwaliteit. Voor een verblijf van een kleine week is het aan de kleine kant. Het terras was ook niet echt privé. Internet is goed. De tunnel die naar het appartement leidt is vrij koud. Voor ons was de ligging prima; een klein kwartiertje lopen vanaf het station. De omgeving is prachtig.

Danke, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben uns zu bewerten. Die 2 Bettwohnung hat eine normale Grösse von 25 m2 und ist komplett eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist auf alle Seiten offen und freier als ein Wohnung mit separatem Balkon.Sie hätten bei der Buchung die Wohnung mit Balkon wählen können.Zum Zugang:Der Zugang zum Haus führt durch einen Tunnel im Berg. Ob Sommer oder Winter. Der Tunnelzugang durch Berg hat das ganze Jahr immer die gleiche Temperatur. Wir nehmen die Temperatur je nach Jahreszeit andres wahr. im Sommer ist er kalt ist und im Winter angenehm warm. Ich kann Ihnen aber bestätigen, dass es das ganze Jahr immer die gleiche Temperatur im Berg hat. Egal ob es draussen im Sommer +25 Grad oder im Winter -20 Grad ist.Ich hoffe Sie konnten den Aufenthalt dennoch geniesen und freue mich auf Ihren nächsten Besuch.Beste Grüsse

Clean and modern room, very solidly built! Easy walk to train station, food, and shopping, but in a quiet part of town. The host/proprietor shared a lot of good information on local hiking options and town history. Highly recommended.

It was a comfortable stay for a week. Bread delivered to order every morning was also very good. It was nice to see the Matterhorn. It was also nice to see the stars in the night sky clearly. Everything was great and nice. I think I made a good choice of accommodation.

This is an amazing place to Stay, we rented a 2 bedroom unit, it gad everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The best past is you can see matterhorn from your bedroom. The other impressive point is its entrance, from the road u need to rake a tunnel about 50 mts , and then an elevator which was dug through the hard rock, and reach rhe units thats built on top of a mountain, it makes a great first impression on you, i will stay here again next time i visit zermatt

Thank you for the very good review. The house is located on a hill. Through the tunnel and then 40 meters high elevator, you get to this hill. For this, the elevator takes its time. Time that slows down the stress of everyday life. The elevator brings peace and serenity, which is the most important for a rest. I look forward to your next stay and best regards

Facilities are great but …
The apartment was clean and new. But the service was not great. We asked to raise the room temperature as the room was quite cold and our daughter was feeling a bit ill. But it didn’t change for rest of our stay. Or worse, the heater at the bathroom got turned off next day. We were never asked how the room is or no communication from the staff, and there is no way we know the room temperature as there is no control panel.. Service needs to be improved :(

Thanks for the feedback. It's a pity that you have to answer Anonymous. So I could have checked if your statement is true. Because we are always on site and always ask if everything is okay. The heating can be adjusted induvidual. The apartment is equipped with floor heating and the room temperature is always between 21 - 22 °. In addition, the radiator in the bathroom is electric with a timer. This radiator can be switched on and off manually and at any time. There is no control panel, because experience has shown that guests change everything. For this we are personally on site and make the settings. The apartments are newly renovated and up to date. We tried to make the optimal and best. Warming the apartment from 22 ° to 24 - 25 ° takes time and can not be done within 1-2 hours. You will not find that anywhere. I hope you can still enjoy your stay and best regards.

Great location. Cant go wrong.
Really a very nice apartment with a good view of the Matterhorn. I thought apt 6 was on 3rd floor so was a little disappointed when we realised it was on first so view of mountain was a bit obstruted by property in front but that was my fault not double checking in advance.

Everything was great and Johannes was super accommodating and helpful! The only negative was that it was a bit noisy within the house but it was quite at night so no problems sleeping.

Our stay was amazing. Great location. Very close to (approximately 5-min walk) Matterhorn Glacier Paradise, it would be the perfect stay if you ski. The apartment itself is cozy and lovely. The balcony and the view is unbeatable. HEAVEN. Would definitely recommend to everyone. THE BEST STAY EVER!

We appreciate the apartment so much.
We stayed 5 nights. Our room was so amazing. It was cleanness and there were a nice kitchen, microwave oven and washing machine. The bathroom was also the best. The master was so friendly.

Beautiful and comfortable
Beautifully designed modern apartment a couple of minutes walk from the ski lift. The apartments have all been recently refurbished to a very high standard and have everything you could need. You can even order fresh bread (amongst other things) to be delivered every morning. There is a sizeable (communal) spa room with steam room, sauna and jacuzzi baths. When we go back to Zermatt we'll definitely stay here again.

Can’t say enough good things about this place!! Really nice atmosphere, our apartment 001 is really nice with decent sized living/dining, fully equipped kitchen, top brand appliances, bathroom very nice and clean, everything is in a handy place where you just need them, 2 proper sized bedrooms with queen beds, bright wooden floor throughout, everything is just perfect!! The entrance is through a tunnel a bit away from town centre but very close to the chairlift station for Matterhorn express. The heating is floor heating and I found it could be slightly cold in early morning, but not a big issue, it’s very quiet so much better than aircon or central systems like those in hotels which is always too noisy. We could see top of Matterhorn from our room, there’s also a backyard covered in snow and my son enjoyed it. It was a extremely nice experience in Zermatt, we totally loved every minute there. Oh plus, their breads and croissants are so nice, we asked for them everyday. There is a sauna room with steam and jacuzzi, there’s washing machine which costs 2 francs. Can’t wait to go back and try other rooms.

Amazing Apartment, Location, and Host
The host is amazing, the location is great (a couple of minutes walk from Dorsaz sports and the Paradise Glacier ski lifts), the room was a bit small - but didn't really need anything more than that, the kitchen was well-equipped. Free coffee. Anything we requested from Johaness - we got with a smile and beyond.

Klein maar fijn appertement.
Klein appartement maar voorzien van alles. Lijkt recent totaal te zijn gerenoveerd. Compleet ingerichte keuken met moderne apparatuur. Zou wel handig zijn als duidelijk aangegeven is waar je moet zijn. Lokale taxi-chaffeur kon het niet vinden.

Thanks for rating. The apartments are completely new to this winter season. Therefore, the taxi driver will not have known. The location and the access is unique also for Zermatt. A tunnel house access directly through the rock. You can see the whole structure of the stone. Thank you and look forward to another visit. Best regards
