« Version française : L’hôtel Pullman Zhangjiajie est très bien situé pour visiter les montagnes d’Avatar. Il se trouve dans la zone où les guides et les agences viennent récupérer les voyageurs, ce qui est vraiment pratique. En revanche, l’hôtel en lui-même est assez basique et ne correspond pas vraiment au standing annoncé. La chambre était simple, et je recommande de bien demander une chambre non-fumeur, car j’ai senti de la fumée dans les couloirs. Pour moi, c’est surtout un point de passage...

Fei fei, our hotel manager and daytime planner, was equally incredible in her suggestions and for the way she planned our days and evenings exploring the national park and attractions in the city of Zhangjiajie. When we come back, it will only be to this hotel - our stay was that memorable and perfect. Could not recommend enough. »

« I would give it 10 stars. It is a family operated hotel and they make you feel like part of the family. As soon as you arrive the lady in charge takes the time to explain the best routes to explore and tries to make sure to help you in any way possible. « James, the host, is incredibly kind and friendly. He helped me a great deal during my trip. I enjoyed free tea and coffee provided by him. He dropped me off at the east gate, purchased scenic tickets for me, and planned out my whole itinerary. Thanks to him, my trip to Zhangjiajie was extremely relaxing.
