« Initially had an issue with the door lock but the property owners quickly remedied the problem. They had left a lovely selection of basic food items to make settling in easier. Good location and about a 10 minute drive from the Park and Ride into Belfast. »

She also communicated well throughout the process-from initial booking, to a week before and then about the check in process.
