« Très agréable hôtel situé au centre ville de Klagenfurt, à proximité des sites à visiter. »

« We had a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of tasty and healthy options to choose from. The rooftop terrace is a real highlight and a great place to relax. The location is very convenient, especially for anyone attending the United World Games. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. There was a small housekeeping oversight during one of the towel changes, as one of the large bath towels was not replaced, but this was clearly just...

« L’accueil et la qualité du service. »

« Nous avons sélectionné cet hôtel car il est indiqué dans les détails qu’il y’a un Room service 24h24. Il n’y avait pas de room service à notre arrivée. Nous avions également choisit une chambre supérieure et nous avons eu une chambre classique pour le même prix… Pas très sérieux. »

« Spacious accommodation with modern decor and lighting in the heart of Klagenfurt. Unfortunately, the bedding on one side of the double bed did not appear clean. One of the towels appeared soiled and the towel mat had clearly been used and left on the floor (the other towels were clean). The kitchen was well equipped, but the bin was full of rubbish and there was an open packet of sauce and a half drunk bottle of water left on the side. It's a shame. Otherwise, all was fine. »

« If I could give negative stars I would. This was the worst stay of my life and we are now in a lawsuit. Not only did the property lock me out of the room (bad battery on electric keypad) they lied and kept me out 3 different times at two different rooms. The representatives for the company moved me to another room after missing two days… no medication, no toilet, no food & no access to any of my belongings. When I arrived home they sent me an email link to pay the difference for a room upgrade...

« Hotel très bien positionné à Klagenfurt. il se trouve proche de la gare et du centre-ville. personnel professionnel. chambre confortable et propre. »

« easy to find, clean, calm, closed garage, all was fine and not far away from highway. »

« They did not answer our question before we arrived. An automatic message informs us (few days before) that the main building is air-conditioned but the others are not. I send a message (5 days before, during this period our reservation can be canceled free of charge) to find out where our room will be and if there is air conditioning... no answer. I inform them that we have an 8 month old baby and that it is important for us to have air conditioning. When we arrived, the receptionist could...

« Incroyable hotel 😃 »

« Beautiful environment. Appartement was OK, Nice rustic neighborhood. Good distance from center and the lakes. »

« Bien situé, propre. »

« Lage und gut, Ausstattung und Zustand der Wohnung primitiv. »

« Ein super schöner Aufenthalt mit sehr herzlichen Gastgebern. Frische hauseigene Eier morgens und ein wunderschöner Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. »

« The hotel is situated mid way between the lake and the city centre making it an ideal choice for the Ironman. The staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was great, the hotel clean and this is somewhere where we would love to stay again. »
