« Just was “meh”. Not a $200 a night hotel. I don’t care that you have an insanely overpriced steakhouse attached. Rooms were small and when the air was on you could smell the age and the mustiness. Shower was tiny and strange. Won’t stay again. Staff was friendly. »

« My family and I stayed at the Garner hotel for 4 nights and overall the experience was a positive one. The desk staff were friendly and the check-in/check-out process was quick. « Notre chambre avait une porte communicant avec la chambre d’à coté , on entendait tous les bruits des voisins. La seconde nuit fut vraiment mauvaise car les clients de la chambre d’à coté ont débarqué à 2h30 en parlant fort et faisant bcp de bruits , ils ont même tenté d’ouvrir la porte communicante. L’ayant signalé à la réception, on nous a proposé en compensation d’ajouter des points à notre compte fidélité . Les points n’ont même pas été crédités . »

« The heater did not work and it got cold. When I turned the heater on the AC came on. The bed was so hard that I had a backache and cramps all night. When I went to get in the shower the bottom of it was so disgusting. I couldn't even get in. I had to clean it. The toilet did not flush but maybe once and the faucet in the bathroom sink sprayed everywhere and leaked all over the place. It was terrible and I feel like I shouldn't have to pay for it »
