« The room and facilities were clean and well-kept since this is a newer building. Check-in took over 15 minutes since there was only one staff member at the front desk and she was on the phone for an extended period of time. There were only two bath towels and two washcloths, but no hand towels. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable for us. »

Floor was not sweep or mopped, vanity mirror was smeared, television was out, but the hotel down the street had television, a fragrant odor that was strong, and the bed didn't look inviting. They didn't have another pillow so that my son could have 2 pillows for the pull-out. We also were not given a bath mat. « Easy check in and check out! Rooms were tidy with all that you need. »

« I would have given it an excellent review however we were not told the pool amenity was not allowed to be used due to inspection not completed. One of the biggest reason it was chosen was for the pool. My children were very upset. I was too. I think we should not have been charged for this amenity or should have received a discount. Or we should have been told up front before we booked room. »
