« The room was filthy. Changed rooms due to the number of stains on the sheets and headboard. The new room had ok sheets but the bathroom was gross. The pool was freezing cold. All of the games in the game room were broken. The internet didnt work one of the two nights of our stay. The breakfast was lacking. No fresh fruit. Burned biscuits. We will not stay here again. »

« The hotel was fine but our back door didn’t completely seal which allowed bugs in. The cabana/bar was not open the entire weekend which left limited choices for food. It was a little disappointing for such a nice place. I feel like we should have been offered a discount. Also my cover up and towel disappeared which was super weird »

Bathroom had black mold all over the ceiling and in crevices on surfaces. Peeling wall paper. Carpet did not appear vacuumed. Dead bugs inside AC unit. Upon initial check for bed bugs, no signs. Before check out, there was a blood spot on the fitted sheet and two bites on my leg. When front desk was notified, they said a room on the other side of the building was...
