Easy sloping yard down to the large dock. Dock was also in excellent shape with deep water. had to call the owner for a small issue and they remedied the probelm in minutes. „We loved our little cove right off the open water. The view from the living room is amazing and panoramic. There's ample outdoor furniture on the east and west sides of the house with an outdoor living room with TV. We rented a boat for tubing and rhe dock was perfect for loading everyone in.
