„The room was clean and reasonably updated. We were missing some toiletries - shampoo and bath soap. The breakfast was fine, but the space is cramped and the flow is poor so more than 8 people in the breakfast area creates a roadblock. “

„My room was very nice and surprisingly roomy. The housekeeper was exceptional. She went over and above to meet our every need. We slept in and left the room late morning and she was wonderful about cleaning when it was convenient for us and she did an exceptional job. Check in was easy and staff were all friendly.“

„Although they sent an email AFTER I booked the hotel that they were renovating, they assured me it wouldn't affect my stay. It would have been nice if they ALSO said that the front entrance would be closed. Instead I had to drag my luggage all the way to the front door, only to find a small sign that said: use other entrance. Okay, WHAT other entrance? (No arrows telling me). I eventually found it, but did not enjoy dragging my luggage that far! I could have parked closer had I known!“

Definitely a much better accommodation than most of the other hotels in the area. “

„Super impressed with the cleanliness and the location to The College of Idaho. My complaint with the stay is with VRBO. There was a miscommunication and VRBO had to call me. I tried to talk to two different operators, but I couldn’t understand them. My app was not working so I couldn’t get access to the messages the owner was trying to send me. It would have been so much easier if VRBO would have just let the owner contact me. “
