« The staff was very nice but didn’t inform us of anything. We had to ask. It was a 5 night stay without any kind of refresh of the room. There was an ice bucket but no cups. No coffee machine in room. It’s very outdated. The light shade in bathroom was broken with visible dead bugs. The separate bedroom was extremely noisy.the pool was on the other side of the wall and machine ran all night. »

« Great camper in an easy to find spot. Easy access from car to camper. Quick walk down to the river on the back of the property. A/c worked great, yard games available, No cell or WiF- so phones did not work at all-which was just fine for most of us but one teenager was devastated. Nice to be able to bring our dog with us. »

« Wonderful, adorable cabin. Also stayed here for a weekend several years ago and will likely book again in the future. Very friendly neighbors, well-stocked general store a short walk down the road, and several nice little bar grill spots a short drive away. Would definitely recommend. »

« Overall the place and amenities was nice. The concern was cleanliness. There was so much long hair from another person ( both my husband and I are bald) that we had to clean the toilets, sinks, shower, etc and still didn’t get the floor which was really bad in the bathroom. The kitchen was incredible and the the experience otherwise was great; my hope is they just forgot to sweep and clean the bathroom a little more. »

« Peaceful place to stay while I was visiting the to run a marathon. The heater did not work (furnace made a very loud screeching noise and no heat came out of it vent), the plug for the microwave did not work, and I had to wait hours for someone to come help with propane so I could use the stove to heat up food after running a marathon. « This is a great spot! The hosts are lovely. The house is well decorated, clean, with a well appointed kitchen. The only thing we were surprised by is that the water is not directly near the house but separated by a quiet road. Nonetheless, there were lots of boats and floaties to use and the water itself was well kept with minimal rocks and an easy entry and exit point. Would come back here! »
