« The room was clean and overall property maintained . Pool and hot tub water clear, clean and warm. The room was a little run down and needed some fixing up especially the bathroom . Room does not get cleaned every day - need to request this ( I was not aware ) and with 3 in a room towels run out quickly. Coffee was good and available 24/7. Breakfast was very underwhelming . Hotel is good for a quick overnight stay and easy to drive to places . »

« I loved that this hotel didn’t make me book 2 rooms for my family of five - two queens and a sofa bed was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable! The room was clean. Kids had fun in the pool and slide (I wish the hot tub was warmer). Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok - waffles, hard boiled eggs, toast/bagels, biscuits and gravy, cereal, juice. Lots of restaurants and fast food nearby. »

« The beds were very nice. However, there was no soap at the sink or in the shower. I had to wash up with shampoo. There was hair on the tub. The rooms were dusty in areas. »

« Quality suites near west acres very poor service from the receptionist ⁃ firstly she can't find our name in the reservation that was made. It took him about 30 minutes to find. ⁃ Secondly the amount was charged twice at two different amounts ⁃ Thirdly she gave us a room which was already occupied ⁃ Fourth, she never apologized for her mistake and she laughed about this situation. »

« Breakfast was good. Lot of options including eggs, waffles and baked goods. Beverages too, there were multiple options including tea, coffee, juices, fruits and yogurt. The property is good but older. It was moslty damp in all areas due to the swimming pool and poor exhaust system. It felt like it needed maintenance work. Rooms were decent size and clean. »
